Hamilton Beach Stand Mixer

Check Out This Hamilton Beach Stand Mixer

The Hamilton Beach stand mixer model 63391 was among the most affordable models we tested and performed very well in all of our tests. Priced much lower than a comparable KitchenAid or Cuisinart, we were very impressed with its ability to both whip delicate egg whites into stiff peaks as well as being able to knead bread dough. It features a handle on top to make lifting the head very easy, plus it suctions to your countertop so it’ll stay in place when you’re mixing. We really liked that all of the attachments are dishwasher safe and a flat beater, dough hook and whisk are included.

Seven speeds lets you go from a slow stir to a fast mix, with exact control at each one. Plus, a helpful guide at the mixer’s top lets you know which speed to use for various mixing methods. Nonslip feet keep the mixer still while in use, and the splatter shield guards against messy drips, drops and spills. We would like to see a scraper beater for this but one is not available at this time.  This Hamilton Beach stand mixer has a nice, but basic, assortment of attachments.

Mixing Guide

No need to be an expert at mixing techniques – a helpful guide at the top of the mixer lets you know which speed to use for methods like folding, beating and more. This is a simple but handy feature, especially helpful to new bakers. 7 speeds are more than plenty for most people and this stand up mixer has a strong motor that can handle almost every mixing need.

Powerful Motor

This Hamilton Beach Stand Mixer can do everything from whip delicate meringues to mix sticky pizza dough. It has the same rotating mixing action as KitchenAid stand mixers – which means complete bowl coverage with no scraping necessary. A tilt-up head lets you add ingredients and change attachments quickly.
